Service Overview

We provide Health Advocacy Support with Access to Mental Health Services provided by Primary Care (GPs) or Specialist Mental Health Services from Psychiatry and the Community Mental Health Teams. Currently, we only provide Health Advocacy in Leicester City. Peer Advocacy, a service for informal patients (those not under a mental health section) on an acute ward setting (Bradgate Unit). Our Volunteers are fully trained and supervised with personal experience of mental health services.
