If you have regular medication for a condition, that your doctor is aware of, you can collect a repeat prescription from the practice without having to make an appointment.
How to order:
- If you have registered for online services click here to order
- The right hand side of your last prescription has a list of all your medications. Tick the box for the medication you need and hand it in at reception.
- You can also send it by post.
If you need medication that is not on your repeat prescription list you will need to make an appointment to see the doctor.
Prescriptions can ONLY be picked up from Charles Berry House.
Please allow 48 hours from receipt of your request before collecting your repeat prescription (excluding weekends).
